We are looking for a recruiter, with full cycle recruiting experience ( min 2+), to attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings.
The goal is to attract top talent from our candidates’ pool, gain competitive advantage and fuel company’s growth.
We are currently seeking for the following Positions
- 3 to 4 Years of Experience in Python Automation
- L2/L3 Testing
Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- pre-screen job candidates
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Proven recruiting experience
- Strong decision making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with hr databases, applicant tracking systems and CMS
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (,phone interviewing, reference check etc)
